country where monopolies rule concessions. Country with the capital in the center of which stand a modern office buildings, offering rooms at 1920 to 1940 USD per meter. Country in which the price of the car is equal to three-year earnings, and yet it's hard for a place in the parking lot. State where you can buy rugs, put parkomat and pay you 10% profit tax.

In which religious holidays are public holidays, where to obtain a passport until recently was a problem but still more than 3.5 million citizens go abroad annually.
